Meat Processing

We are a small processing facility specializing in custom processing for pork, beef, lamb, and goat. For farmers and individuals who raise animals that want a quality of meat for a healthier choice for their family, friends, and customers. We value these choices by being animal welfare approved (AWA), and being USDA inspected. We have traceability for each order using software called Vista Trac. This helps us and our customers to show how their order is processed and packaged. We work in a butcher shop atmosphere ensuring hands on quality. We offer a wide variety of fresh cuts, sausage making and the value of smoking products with real hickory sawdust, for great flavor. Our staff is trained to give friendly service and produce a quality product for your family, friends, and customers to enjoy.

Acre Station Meat Farm Processing now offering custom processing under USDA inspection for pork and beef. Vacuumed packed with heavy bone guard bags to help prevent leaking.

 

PORK SLAUGHTER:

  • Minimum charge $35.00 or .28 lb on dressed weight
  • Pigs over 380 lb live weight extra 75.00 handling fee plus .28lb on dressed weight

PORK PROCESSING:

  • Processing $1.09 lb on dressed weight
  • .20 lb for making ground pork
  • .40 lb for making sausage

BEEF SLAUGHTER:

  • We encourage customers to supply us with records showing that cattle are over or under 30 months of age
  • Beef cattle under 30 months -Slaughter $100.00 per animal
  • Beef cattle over 30 months – Slaughter: $100.00 per animal plus a $30.00 barrel charge if barrels are not brought back the time meat is picked up.

BEEF PROCESSING:

  • Bone-in Processing 1.29 lb on dressed weight
  • Bone-in with boneless steaks $1.49 lb on dressed weight
  • Boneless chuck or shoulder, flat iron, stir fry, kabobs $1.89 on dressed weight
  • .20 lb for grinding burger
